What is the price point for the monitors?
Without MyBattery.Info subscription, monitors range from $499 to $1999 USD per unit. Please fill the product selection form for a quote. Our advanced design and massive production ensure our competitive prices. Contact us for distribution pricing.
With 5-year MyBattery.Info subscription, the monitor is FREE, regardless of battery number and size. (The distributor may charge installation and additional fee.) After 5 years, you own the monitor(s) and you can decide whether to renew the subscription or run standalone Battery Analyzer software.
How to calculate MyBattery.Info subscription fee?
Subscription is available worldwide if there is internet or mobile phone access..
Annual fee for each site = Basic fee + (Mode x Battery Number x Rate)
1. When connection resistance is monitored, Mode = 2. Otherwise, Mode = 1.

Each site can have multiple battery strings but link to one NetPort.

For wireless GPRS adapter, customer is responsible for the data plan with mobile phone provider.

What is the lead time?
Typical BM systems and some modules/parts are in stock for next day shipment. Check with us before ordering.
Does BatteryDAQ do the installation?
BatteryDAQ does not provide installation services.
We provide installation training to distributors/contractors. We have training classroom in Maryland and Beijing. Contact us for current schedule.
We also offer on-site training with a flat fee.
