Introduction
BM Series Battery Monitoring and Management Systems are specified products designed for VRLAB (Valve Regulated Lead Acid Battery). KOKII BMs are the valid on-line systems to determine the relative performance of individual cells, and predict string standby performance. Systems are designed for networks, especially for remote/central management.
The system is constituted by control module, testing module, internal resistance module, related software and accessories. A system can connect two battery strings, each battery string contains 4-224 cells.
Unlike load cycle testing which involves substantial downtime, this intelligent system works on the reliable Internal Resistance technology. KOKII BM requires no battery discharge and measures IR (Internal Cell Resistance) on-line accurately. By analyzing IR and specified voltage/current data, almost all individual cells' performance and capacity can be reported. With RS-232/RS-422/RS-485 ports and software, KOKII BM can generate battery condition reports and alarm messages, as well as transfer information to any computer for further analysis.
