From internal resistance measurement, data transfer, database, trend analysis to web server, our platform offers a seamless process that allows our customers to access their battery data at any time and any where. :: Telecom Central Offices -- Our system is the validated product for high capacity (up to 4,500 Ah) batteries. BM3500 and Arshanold series of product can resolve extreme low internal resistance at 1 micro ohm resolution. Our virtual GPRS modules pump data to MyBattery.Info without any field configuration or monthly data plan. MyBattery.Info platform enables telecom service engineer to manage hundreds COs on Google map. :: Telecom Cell Sites -- One compact unit monitors 8 or 16 battery modules (typical 12V 170Ah). Wireless GPRS module only cost few dollars per month to upload data to MyBattery.Info. The monthly reports list out all batteries which need service/replacement, sorted from thousands of sites, with trend data and GPS location. We are proud of providing major telecom operators with this low cost solution. :: UPS High Capacity-- Typical example: 240 modules of 2V 800Ah, 4 strings per site. :: UPS Media Capacity-- Typical example: 32 to 40 modules of 12V 100Ah. :: UPS Low Capacity-- Typical example: 8 modules of 12V 100Ah :: Utility DC -- Typical examples: 1) 60 modules of VRLA or wet 2V 800Ah; 2) 110 modules of VRLA 2V 500Ah; 3) 18 modules of 12V 100Ah. We provide full line product for power generation, distribution, switchgear and communication. :: Oil Pipeline-- Typical example: 18 NiCad 1100Ah for 24V DC with solar panel. Our product can precisely measure low internal resistance for NiCad. It has interface to SCADA or GPRS (if wireless available). The onboard memory logs IR trend for up to 20 years for field service/replacement. Corporate History 1992 Our first large scale battery testing system (12,288 cells per testing cycle) was installed at Zhuhai Eastbourne Battery Company. (Invested by Singapore STE, directed by Professor Jisan Wang, the pioneer of the new generation NiMH battery) 1993 ZEEMOO Automation Ltd was established for large scale battery testing automation. It remains a leader in the Ni-MH, Li-ion battery industry. 1995 Our first internal resistance battery monitoring system was developed and installed in Huada (now part of EnerSys) for VRLA battery formation monitoring. 2001 Kokii Intelligent Technologies Ltd was established for the battery monitoring business. Kokii is now the most competitive supplier of high end battery monitoring equipment in the Asian market. 2005 North American product/business development division was formed in the U.S. 2007 BatteryDAQ Company USA was formed in order to expand R&D and service for international customers. We developed the Arshanold series, our3 rd generation product which has significantly reduced costs. 2008 The MyBattery.Info platform was built in order to manage more than 500,000 sites worldwide. A GPRS server program was developed in order to meet the demand of large scale remote applications. 2009 The SENTRY series compact devices have been developed for low cost rack/cabinet applications. |
